Fundraising for Renovations
Dear Fellow Caring Human Beings,
My name is Jonathan
Grant, and I am 12 years old. I am currently attending the Singapore
American School, and in 8th grade. Each year the students in
the eighth grade each are asked to complete a Service Action Project
where they are supposed to help the world by doing one little thing. For
my project I chose to build a covered walkway for the Songkhla orphanage
in Southern Thailand.
The children need a
covered walkway to connect the orphanage to the bus stop. Living in
Songkhla orphanage are almost 1,500 children including several
children who are H.I.V positive, and if they get wet (it is currently
rainy season) they may get sick and die. All the children may get ill from being wet.
I am trying to prevent this from happening and giving these kids a few
years more of happiness.
The walkway will cost
approximately ten thousand dollars. In order to make this happen I need
to raise money. Please donate by PayPal (credit card) or by mail. To

the orphanage or what I am trying to do please click on the links at the

As little as five
dollars can change a life for the better. |
